COURSE DETAILS: This course involves theory lessons, practical demonstrations, practical classes and role play. You will learn all the skills required of a hairdresser: cutting, colouring, perming, blow drying, up styling techniques and important communication skills. You will be a fully qualified hairdresser upon completion.
Attendance options: Full time: 3 days a week for 12 months (44 weeks tuition ) - 9.30 to 4.30 pm
Commencement twice a year.
Part time: Contact the Academy for information
Work experience: Additional to the course is 250 hours work experience. This is especially important to improve your practical and customer service skills. The Academy may assist in finding this work experience.

THE STUDENT CLINIC: The student clinic is run as a hairdressing salon, offering all hair services at discount prices. Upon reaching the required level of competency, students gain valuable practical experience form working on real clients, preparing them for the workplace.

COURSE FEES: $12850.00 Includes textbooks, training manuals, college Tshirt, Student hair kit, blowdryer and 4 x mannequin heads. A non refundable deposit of $2000.00 is required to confirm your place in the course. An instalment plan is available to pay the balance.

ENROLMENT FEE: $25.00 ( non refundable) payable with the course deposit. This administration fee enables us to be compliant with government regulations for enrolment records. |
